Not just because of the situation, but because of how dA handled it, both from their support staff (who have sucked in other cases as well, such as in how they "dealt with" a notorious psychopath who was threatening violence against me) and from their official responses which have involved duplicitous language and a critical failure to understand how, exactly, they fucked up.
